Ed, now the dust has settled, I wanted to thank you all at Sound Artist Management for helping to make Otto’s 21st such a great success. Hattie, Otto, Max and I were all in agreement that the sound and lighting in the tent was amazing, and the silent disco seemed to go really well – we also have had a large number of letters that have said the same. Rich also did a great job, and played just the right music (or so Otto told me!). Your staff were all incredibly helpful, polite and efficient, putting up and taking down the kit with the minimum of fuss and bother to us. I would have no hesitation in recommending you in the future.
