Emma Frampton, Saxophonist (UK) Since graduating from Leeds College of Music with a BA (Hons) in Jazz, Emma has relocated to London and established herself as an exciting and first class Saxophonist, continually pushing herself to achieve a higher and higher standard of performance on this instrument. Over the years Emma has toured throughout the World for Hedkandi, Fierce Angel, High on Heels, House of Angels and played alongside DJ’s such as Guru Josh, Seb Fontaine, to name a few thus becoming a popular and in demand addition to any Club night worldwide. As well, as performing regularly on the house music scene as a soloist, Emma is also a busy Session Musician, Credits include: John Newman, McFly, Mr Hudson, Stooshe, BIGkids, Rod Stewart, Patrick Wolf, The Ting Tings, Keith Allen. Appearing on TV Sessions including: The National Television Awards, This Morning, Paul O Grady Show, Alan Titchmarsh Show, and the Piers Morgan Show. Emma has toured most parts of the world with many of the above artists, her travels have led her to playing at many of the most in demand Music festivals whether at home in the UK or abroad in Europe and America, the highlights of which were performing at Radio 1s Big Weekend with John Newman, and Glastonbury(UK) and Coachella (LA) with The Ting Tings. Emma’s reputation as a performer has spread rapidly in the music industry, enabling her to achieve success both nationally and internationally.

Emma is a highly accomplished and internationally respected musician, fluent
in multiple instruments. Emma resides in London and is currently performing in
‘MJ The Musical’ at the Prince Edward Theatre on the West End.( Saxophones
and Clarinets).
Emma is also one of the team of Musicians who perform with ABBA Voyage
(ABBA Arena, London) depping regularly. (Saxophones and Aerophone).
Before this she could be found on stage performing with the world renowned
Irish dance show, ‘Riverdance’, run by Abhann productions. Emma has toured
with the company since 2016 and has completed multiple tours of North
America, Canada, continental Europe, Britain and Ireland. When the Covid-19
pandemic hit in March 2020, Emma was in the middle of a 6-month tour of the
United States and Canada, which included performances at Radio City Music
Hall in NYC, to mark the show’s 25th Anniversary tour. This Tour resumed in
Feb 2022 and another successful tour of North America & Canada was
completed.
As well as Riverdance, Emma has also performed in Abhann’s other major
dance production, ‘HeartBeat of Home’, completing tours of both China and
Europe, and also a 6-week run at the Piccadilly Theatre in the heart of the West
End in 2019.
Since graduating from Leeds College of Music in 2003, with a BA (Hons) in
Jazz, she has established herself as an exciting and first class Saxophonist,
continually pushing herself to achieve the highest standards.
As a Multi Instrumentalist Emma has performed in many UK Theatre
productions, some of which include: Dirty Dancing (UK Tour), Dancing In The
Streets (UK Tour) Hello Dolly (UK Tour).
Over the years, Emma has toured the world, performing for Hedkandi, Fierce
Angel, High on Heels, and House of Angels. She has also played alongside
numerous high-profile DJs, such as Guru Josh, Seb Fontaine and Danny
Rampling, becoming a popular and in-demand addition to many Club nights
worldwide.
As well as performing regularly on the house music scene as a soloist, Emma
has also confirmed her position as a Session Musician, who is trusted and
widely respected. Credits include: Soul II Soul, Olly Murs, John Newman,
Sharna Bass, McFly, Busted, Mr Hudson, Stooshe, BIGkids, Rod Stewart,
Patrick Wolf, and The Ting Tings.
Emma has toured the globe with many of the above artists, her travels having
led her to appear at many of the most prestigious music festivals, both at home
in the UK, and abroad in Europe and America. Highlights include performances
at Radio 1’s ‘Big Weekend’ with John Newman; and Glastonbury(UK) and
Coachella (LA) with The Ting Tings.
Finally, Emma has appeared on various televised Sessions including: BBC
Radio 1s Live Lounge, MOBOs, X Factor, The National Television Awards,
This Morning, Paul O Grady Show, and the Alan Titchmarsh Show.
